The HR and Communication club of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad has organized an activity “War of Words: A Debate Competition” on 16th Oct, 2018 that aims to support students in comprehending the concept of human resources along with the objective of developing the interpersonal and communication skills. Debate activity was organized with a motive that it will be helpful for students to seek truth from facts, add value to their presentation skills, and logical thinking ability and can also develop team spirit which help them to strengthen and enhance student’s professional knowledge. Students of MBA have efficiently participated in the event. Through the event students came to learn about developing their social skills, knowledge, reasoning and critical thinking skills. There were 14 teams who participated, topics were related to the current and controversial issues & about HR.
