According to me, I think that motivation is like an internal fire which is ignited when the spark met with the experimental fuel of some successful person and that fire keeps us passing it to the next generation. With that spark, I watch an 18 minute and half powerful video on YouTube by a great business leader Simon Sinek who talks about “Start with Why” and even it’s the best motivational video that I’ve ever seen.
This video basically a powerful model that talks about the concept of “Golden Circle” to start with the “WHY” concept, where he talks about that why organisations guided by this concept will succeed more often than those which don’t”. Also, he talks about the three parts of the Golden Circle: Why, How, and What.
In the Why concept, he talks about the purpose that what is the cause and what a person believes in himself, in How concept he talks about the process that what is a specific action taken to realize your why and last In What concept he talks about the process what do you do? And the result of why proof.
He stated that if we start with “Why” we go from the inside out of the circle “Why” is the reason to buy and the “What’s” merely represent the tangible product as a proof of that belief that what is the basic reason we all point to rationalize why we so much like a company over another.
In this video, he has quoted a very good example of Apple Brand which symbolizes that there is no technical difference with its competitors but yes when we go to buy they start and communicate with “Why” because Apple’s “Why” is to challenge the status quo and empower the individual and due to this appealing challenging status quo pattern repeating in all they say and do, which is the reason why people perceive Apple as authentic.
In my opinion, after watching this video I would conclude that it's just not about inspiring you but at any instant, it can help us to remind our goal constantly. Its best motivational video by great business leaders who inspire people to act accordingly and sense of purpose or belonging that has little to do with any external incentive or benefit to be gained. It’s always just taken a minute to do personal motivation for better setbacks.
At last, it made me focus on always Start with Why, always have clarity, discipline, and consistency which fuel our ambition with encouragement from others.
