The panel discussion on “Navigating the Startup Landscape,” held on August 29, 2023, at 2:30 pm by Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indirapuram, proved to be an enlightening event for aspiring entrepreneurs and management students. The esteemed panelists, Dr. Sanjeev Varshney, Advisor and Head of DST; Mr. Pankaj Dubey, Founder of DSPIN; Ms. Shyama Jha, Founder of Millet Magic Foundation; and Mr. Saurav, General Manager of KIET Incubation Center, shared invaluable insights and experiences related to the journey of a start-up. The discussion was moderated by Dr Ashwani Varshney, Dean (Student Welfare).
Dr. Sanjeev Varshney highlighted the importance of government support for start-ups and emphasized the role of DST in fostering innovation. He encouraged participants to leverage available resources and focus on disruptive technologies to stand out in a competitive landscape. Mr. Pankaj Dubey, emphasized the significance of resilience and adaptability in the face of challenges. He stressed the need for a customer-centric approach to drive sustainable growth.

She shared her experiences with Millet Magic Foundation, underlining the significance of purpose-driven start-ups in addressing critical issues. Mr. Saurav shed light on the role of incubation centers in providing startups with essential resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
