HR Club ‘BHUDHIJEEVI’ of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad organised their club activity RANGMANCH( role-play) and JAM ( just a minute) events on 19th Sep, 2018. There were many teams for role-play and also many participants for JAM . Every team and every individual was confident and best at their part. Nervousness of performing was clearly observed, yet some were very confident. All the students were well prepared and were all set to go.
The role-play started with the topics including strong points like-“Women empowerment”, ” Motivation” , “ Importance of communication”, etc. Every participant was very confident and with the first play the ambience of the auditorium changed and every one was involved in their performances. It is said that ‘Abhinay Manch’ creates great performers and talents. It brings out creativity, and coordination in the team. The coordination and the team work were visible and it was relatable.
The second event was JAM, which was a solo performance and every individual were asked to speak on the random topics given to them. The topics were like –colours, red and white, hockey, etc. Students were participative enough and were good at their part. It was a nice exposure for them to built up their confidence and knowledge about several new topics .And of course it was like a great brainstorming session for everyone.
The event ended with the results and prize distributions were participants were appreciated for their efforts. And the best among all won. For the role-play Third prize was won by Group 6, second prize by Group 4 and the winner was Group 1. For the JAM, third prize was bagged by Mr. Madhav Jha, second by Ms. Kirti Arora and the winner was Ms. Sujata Teja .
All did great efforts to make it a success, but the HR Club really did a marvellous job in making this event successful. Looking forward for more such events to witness in Jaipuria Institute of Management, indirapuram, Ghaziabad MBA program.
