We had an industrial visit to Parle-G Bahadurgarh, Haryana on 17th february 2017 where me and my entire batch of MBA Ist year had a great experience. The first introduction session was given to us by a short scripted animated movie which gave us the brief description about various products like Kismi, Mango bite, Kachcha aam,Monaco, Parle-G biscuits, Parles chips, Full toss etc.
The second session was conducted by the operations executive person who proceed us to factory area where the manufacturing process of monaco and parle- g biscuits was going on .
The full fledged process from mixing of raw material , moulding , heating , cooling and finally the final product is ready for packaging process . Before sending the raw material into process the quality of raw material is first analysed and checked on experiments .
Manufacturing unit was so hygienic and the products are prepared in healthy and safe environment . The third session was conducted by Hr executive where the questionnaire session took place and we were briefed about the companies history on establishments , parle- g does corporate social activities also they donate funds to flood victims , on girl education etc.
The experience was wonderful, amazing and innovative for me and I would like to thank PARLE-G & JAIPURIA INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT for this excellent industrial visit .
