The User Awareness Programme for the National Digital Library of India (NDLI) was held on 24th November 2021 at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad for the MBA and MBA (Business Analytics) program. The speaker for the event was Mr. Himanshu Sharma (Assistant Professor, Jaipuria Institute of Management). Mr. Himanshu explained about NDLI and the process to join the same. The MBA Students also enriched themselves with the types of club activities, their relevance and functionality, and operations of the NDLI.
National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources that is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). It is developed, operated, and maintained by the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. It is built to provide support for all academic levels including researchers and life-long learners, all disciplines, all popular forms of access devices, and differently-abled learners.
