MDP on Effectiveness of Team Building and Interpersonal Relations

An MDP on Effectiveness of Team Building and Interpersonal Relations was Conducted on 16th Feb, 2019 at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Resource person for the MDP was Dr. Rashmi Maini, PhD (FMS University of Delhi, Delhi), Assistant Professor, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indirapuram Ghaziabad. Participants had come from different organisations such as GAIL, HCL, Ginni Filaments, Ripe Consulting, Max Life Insurance, Parallel Consulting and many more.

The MDP provided Hands On Experience to all the participants. All the Participants were actively involved in all the sessions and explored various dimensions of interpersonal relations.
