Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad organised a workshop on Imbibing Ethical Values in Entrepreneur on 16th November, 2022. The main objective of the session was to help students to ethically understand the business environment that guide their business decisions and contributing to changes taking place in global economic environment. The workshop also highlighted that future entrepreneurs must consider the professional ethics before even materialising their innovative ideas in to practice so that a sustainable development can be approached through these entrepreneurial activities. The content discussed during the session was also aimed at developing students in physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspect. The coordinator also emphasised upon the good manners, Social responsibilities of good entrepreneurs which will enable the students to make better decisions on the basis of sound Ethical principles. There were more than 45 participants for the event. They were asked to broaden their thinking horizon upto the international market and this whole existence. The activity was concluded with a video titled “The Story of Stuff” played for the students and then they were asked to elaborate the lessons learnt in terms of their role as an entrepreneur. The student participants were excited and enthusiastic while getting actively involved in the activities. The session was taken by Dr. Raj Kumari, the Vice-president of IIC-JIM. The event proved to be of immense help to students in becoming a successful entrepreneur.
