On November 14, 2024, Jaipuria Institute of Management (JIM), under its Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), organized an inspiring session titled "From Idea to Impact" at the JIM FDP. The session, led by renowned drug scientist and former DRDO scientist Dr. Harinath Kashiganeshan, motivated students to turn their ideas into impactful ventures while exploring entrepreneurship as a career path.
Dr. Harinath, a champion of organic farming and traditional medicine, shared his journey of innovation and service. He introduced his revolutionary product, the Moringa Bullet—a nutraceutical made from Moringa extracts and traditional herbal concoctions. This product has significantly improved the health of individuals battling conditions like arthritis, diabetes, anemia, and high blood pressure. Dr. Harinath’s dedication to community welfare and his humility left a lasting impression on the audience.
The session provided valuable lessons in entrepreneurship by addressing real-world challenges such as risk management, funding, scaling, and problem-solving. Dr. Harinath's practical insights offered students a profound understanding of the entrepreneurial journey, which is often absent in academic curriculums.
With 110 students, 4 faculty members, and 1 external guest in attendance, the session successfully bridged the gap between theory and practice, inspiring the next generation of innovators and changemakers.
