On 6th day 28th July, 2018 of Faculty Development Program on ADVANCED RESEARCH METHODS AND ANALYTICS (WITH SESSION ON SPSS) organized by Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad the technical session commenced with Prof. Neena Sondhi from IMI, New Delhi, with her charismatic aura and enthusiastic way of interacting with the delegates captured the attention of everyone present. The session covered the topic of Factor Analysis, Cluster Analysis and Validation and profiling cluster using chi square. She unraveled an innovative and practical approach towards understanding the data reduction techniques. The sessions were greatly expanded the insight of SPSS and gave great understanding of how it can be used in research.
