Exposure Visit to AIC – BIMTECH on 19 November 2022

IIC, JIM Indirapuram conducted an exposure visit to Atal Incubation Centre, BIMTECH on 19^th November 2022. The objective of the visit was to give students exposure to innovation and startup ecosystem. Students of JIM interacted with the Deputy Manager of AIC – BIMTECH, Mr Kapil .  Mr Kapil delivered an interaction based lecture on sector agnostic startup ecosystem at BIMTECH. He talked about the efforts their incubation centre making towards start up and idea generation. Students were motivated to share their queries related to entrepreneurship ecosystem. Students came up with their ideas and were encouraged to take up their ideas to next level. Mr Kapil emphasized the need for research before thinking or taking up idea. Students were excited to share and present their new ideas. The centre urged students to apply their idea in Khoj . Thirty students were selected to be a  part of the visit. Three faculty members accompanied the students: Dr Ashwani Varshney, , Dr RajKumari and Dr Devi Archana. Overall, the visit was a real eye opener for the students of JIM.
