Debate Competition - "DIALECTIC"

HR Club of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad organized successfully a Debate Competition (‘DIALECTIC’) on 23rd January 2021 for MBA Sem-I students to ponder on Agricultural, Economic, and Labour reforms and their pros and cons in the heat of intellectual discourse. The main objective of this activity was to stimulate students to go through policies and reforms in the multidisciplinary areas and examine the importance of such reforms for the better future of our country. Three main reforms were taken into consideration for the debate namely ‘Agricultural’ reforms, ‘Macroeconomic Policy’ reforms, and ‘Labour Laws’ reforms. The winners of the Debate Competition were: Ms. Shaloo & Mr. Keshav Kedia (First Prize); Ms. Varsha & Ms. Pratiksha (Second Prize); and Ms. Ruchi Yadav & Mr. Shashank Bhadauriya
