Marketing Research Club under the banner of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad organized the marketing event “Best out of Waste: Transforming Coal into the Diamond” on May11, 2022. The objective of this event was to make the students socially responsible and environmentally sensitive. As entire world is suffering due to electronic waste, plastic waste and agricultural waste so budding managers were asked to develop distinctive products using the waste / unused material.
The event was inaugurated by Dr. Ashwani varshney , Dean, Students welfare. The performance of the students was judged based on number of votes given by the faculty members and judges. Mr. Himanshu Mahaur, from Airport authority of India graced the occasion being a judge of the show.
Three teams were declared winner and they were awarded with trophy and certificates. The event received the grand success as various teams participated in the show. The lively marketing event ended with vote of thanks proposed by Dr. Govind Nath Srivastava.
