College life is known as one of the most memorable years of one’s life. It is entirely different from school life. College life exposes us to new exposure, financial gain, job stability, career satisfaction, and success outside of the workplace. With more and more occupations requiring advanced education, a college degree is critical to our success in today's workforce. And I am the one who didn’t get a chance in graduation to attend college as I was a C.S student and always busy in my self-study.
But after my graduation I decided to do MBA from a reputed college, So I chose Jaipuria Institute of Management Ghaziabad because of the reputation its holds and also its excellent placement records and good ROI, but my bad luck is COVID 19 came in that year and The Covid-19 pandemic is not only a global health problem but also has severe impacts on human and social life, including employment, education, agriculture and the other spheres of the world economy. The pandemic is expected to have enormous economic consequences, and it is also having a devastating impact on global education
As Covid-19 has influenced global higher education, the universities across the world have been responding to Covid-19 in different ways. Some of the universities like AKTU (Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow), have temporarily stopped their regular learning to design online learning.
And my college Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad is AKTU affiliated institute so I am lucky because here teachers guide us in such a manner that enhances our knowledge and skills and also helps us to prepare for the corporate world. To enhance our knowledge and skills our college organize:
- Various guest lectures every week like sessions by Mr. Vikrant Vashisht, a senior lawyer of the supreme court of India, and many more...
- Organize various competitions through online platforms like Unveil: brand identity, E- Manthan case study competition, Quiz competition, etc.
- Regular classes are organized for personality development that will help us in landing dream jobs and to help us in grabbing various opportunities.
In this pandemic, there are many challenges which were faced by every university and institution but still, my institute manages it so well.
At last, I would like to say that We Jaipurians learn here, grow here, and I feel very proud to be a part of Jaipuria institute of management, Ghaziabad.
Teachers have three loves: love of learning, love of learners, and the love of bringing the first two loves together.
Education is our passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to the people who prepare for it today.
THANK YOU to my all teachers, management, staff, and my mentor for all of your efforts.
