Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad organized Role Play Competition for MBA I year students on 14th November 2017. It is a platform which provided an opportunity for all students to understand the practical application of management functions and develop team spirit, leadership and communication skills. This activity helped the students to think beyond the words they read and to “learn by doing” things in a virtual environment. Students are more likely to retain knowledge that they have constructed themselves.
The competition was tough and healthy between various teams. The proud winners were the team 6 “change management” based on demonetization from MBA Section A directed by Ms. Ishanka, Mr. Kashish and the group. The second honor was won by team 5 from Section B on religion issue directed by Mr. Sagar and group. Third honor was won by team 4 from Section C led by Ms. Anika and Mr. Vikash group on corporate office. Dr. IB Singh and Dr. Nidhi Mathur judged the event performance and congratulated the winners. The event was coordinated by Ms Teena Chaudhary to enable all the students to learn through interactive participation.
