11th Corporate Summit 2026 India @2030: Building Competitive, Sustainable Enterprises (Manufacturing, BFSI and IT & ITES)

Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad successfully hosted its 11th Corporate Summit 2026 on the theme “India @2030: Building Competitive, Sustainable Enterprises” on 28th February 2026 at Hotel Radisson Blu, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad. The summit brought together eminent industry leaders, policymakers, academicians, alumni, and students to deliberate upon India’s strategic roadmap towards 2030, with special focus on Manufacturing, BFSI, and IT & ITES sectors.

The event commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, symbolizing knowledge and leadership. The Welcome and Theme Address was delivered by Mr. Vinod Malhotra, Advisor, Jaipuria Group of Educational Institutions, who emphasized the importance of competitiveness, sustainability, and digital transformation in shaping India’s global business landscape.

The inaugural session was further enriched by insightful addresses from distinguished Guests of Honour — Mr. Manmeet Singh, CEO, Firstmeridian Global & Innovsource; Mr. Manish Gupta, Co-founder & CEO, Healic; and Mr. Arvind Jain, Chief Operating Officer, Ornate Solar. They highlighted how Indian enterprises must integrate technology, sustainability, and innovation to remain globally competitive by 2030.

Prof. (Dr.) Daviender Narang, Director, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad, delivered the Vote of Thanks and reiterated the institute’s commitment to bridging academia and industry.

The first panel discussion explored how Indian manufacturing can move beyond cost leadership to achieve global scale and resilience. Senior leaders from Omega Seiki Mobility, India Glycols Limited, Shriram Pistons & Rings Limited, Al Ahli Steel Co LLC, and NTPC Limited shared perspectives on Industry 4.0, smart factories, ESG compliance, resilient supply chains, and workforce transformation. The discussion emphasized innovation-driven manufacturing and sustainable operations as critical enablers of global competitiveness.

The second panel brought together leaders from SBI Card, IndusInd Bank, Hero Fincorp, Capri Global Housing Finance Ltd., ICICI Bank, UTI Mutual Funds, and Protean eGov Technologies Ltd. The deliberations focused on digital infrastructure redesign, AI-driven risk management, cybersecurity frameworks, regulatory compliance, fintech disruption, and financial inclusion. The experts underscored the need for agile operating models and data-driven decision-making to build resilient financial ecosystems.

The final session centered on the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence in reshaping IT & ITES. Leaders from HCL Tech, Namasys Analytics, Deloitte, and Fractal Analytics discussed Generative AI, AI-as-a-Service, intelligent automation, ethical AI, and AI-led value creation. The panel emphasized the transition from traditional service delivery models to strategic, outcome-based partnerships driven by AI-powered innovation.

A key highlight of the summit was the Alumni Achievers Award 2026, celebrating distinguished alumni who have made significant contributions across industries, reinforcing Jaipuria’s strong industry connect and legacy of leadership.

The summit witnessed participation of over 400 delegates, including corporate leaders, academicians, entrepreneurs, alumni, and management students, fostering rich dialogue, networking, and collaborative opportunities.
