1. Academic Program Terms

• All MBA programs offered are approved by AICTE and affiliated with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow.
  
• The curriculum structure, course modules, pedagogy, faculty assignments, and evaluation methods are subject to change as per academic or regulatory guidelines.
  
• Admission to any course is provisional and subject to verification of original documents and eligibility as per University and Institute norms.
  

2. Admission & Fee Policy

• Admission is based on eligibility criteria including graduation marks and valid entrance test scores (CAT, MAT, CMAT, CUET-PG, etc.) followed by GD/PI.
  
• All fees must be paid within the due dates notified by the institute. Late payments may attract penalties or cancellation of admission.
  
• Any form of misinformation, forged documents, or misrepresentation may result in rejection or cancellation of admission without refund.
  

3. Use of Website

• Content on this website, including text, images, PDFs, videos, brochures, and logos, is the intellectual property of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad.
  
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written consent from the institute.

4. Placement Disclaimer

• The Corporate Resource Centre (CRC) supports internships and placements. However, the institute does not guarantee placement to every student.
  
• Selection depends on the student’s academic performance, participation in placement activities, and recruiter-specific eligibility.
  
• The institute is not liable for any offer withdrawn by a company or any discrepancy in final job roles or packages offered.
  

5. Code of Conduct

All students, applicants, and users of the website must:

• Abide by institutional rules, values, and professional ethics.
  
• Not engage in any form of academic dishonesty, misconduct, or harassment.
  
• Avoid disruptive behavior or misuse of resources on campus or online.
  

Violation may result in disciplinary action including suspension or expulsion.
