Story Spark 2025: Business Storytelling Challenge

The Literary Club of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad hosted Story Spark: Business Storytelling Challenge 2025 on 22 November 2025 at the Indirapuram campus auditorium, bringing students together to explore the art of using storytelling to communicate business and brand problems more creatively. The event aimed to strengthen communication, sharpen presentation skills, and help MBA students present structured narratives that combine business insights with imaginative thinking.

Themes That Challenged Creativity: Participants explored a wide range of storytelling scenarios, including:

  • A struggling startup founder in a competitive market
  • A brand caught in a PR crisis
  • An AI-driven company facing ethical dilemmas
  • A family business debating modernization
  • An employee pitching a bold and unexpected idea to the CEO
  • Customer loyalty turning into customer backlash

 

Participation & Judging Criteria: The event featured 4 teams (2 members each) and two individual storytellers.Presentations were evaluated on:

  • Creativity & Originality (25%)
  • Storytelling Structure & Engagement (25%)
  • Relevance to Business/Brand Problem (25%)
  • Delivery & Confidence (15%)
  • Q&A Response (10%)

  • 1st Prize: Bhumika Singh & Aman Singh
  • 2nd Prize: Snigdha Halder & Muskan Kumari
  • 3rd Prize: Aditya SinghAll participants received E-Certificates.

 

Event Experience: The session was engaging, interactive, and a learning-rich experience for both participants and the audience. Students demonstrated strong creativity and business understanding, turning complex issues into relatable stories. The event highlighted how storytelling can support brand communication, problem-solving, and leadership.
