In order to bridge the gap between theory and practice and to provide students exposure of industry, an industrial visit for Mother Dairy plant at New Delhi was conducted on 15th December, 2021 for the first year students of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.
After reaching to Mother Dairy plant, students were greeted with flavored milk and ice cream and then they were asked to assemble in auditorium. Ms. Neha, Plant manager of Mother Dairy welcomed the students and briefed them about white revolution, product portfolio of mother dairy, production process, standardization and delivery of the milk. She also enlightened the students about contribution of Mother Dairy for economic empowerment of the farmers. The session was highly interactive as students asked the question about quality policy and corporate social responsibility of Mother Dairy. Students visited production and logistics department and received valuable insight about production, wholesaling and retailing function.
Dr. Govind Nath Srivastava, Mr. Ishminder and Ms. Neeru accompanied the students.
