On August 26, 2025, the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad, in collaboration with STEP – Shakti The Empathy Project, organized a dynamic event on Poster Presentations of Startup Ideas and Innovation Linkage with Innovation Ambassadors.
The session was coordinated by Dr. Namita Nigam and Dr. Devi Archna Mohanti with the aim of nurturing entrepreneurial thinking, creativity, and problem-solving among MBA students.
Objectives of the Event
- Encourage students to identify real-world problems and design innovative solutions.
- Provide a platform to present startup ideas through poster presentations.
- Strengthen the role of Innovation Ambassadors as mentors and guides.
- Link classroom learning with practical entrepreneurial exposure and teamwork.
Event Highlights: A total of 165 students participated, divided into 17 groups of 10 members each. Every team worked on:
- Problem Identification from society or industry.
- Highlighting the Market Gap.
- Designing an Innovative Solution.
- Drafting an Implementation Plan using a startup canvas.
The groups created posters and presented their ideas before peers, faculty, and innovation ambassadors. The presentations were insightful, showcasing impactful ideas driven by empathy, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit.
Learning Outcomes

- Improved collaboration, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Understood the role of innovation ambassadors in guiding entrepreneurial journeys.

The event successfully reinforced the culture of innovation and startup thinking at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad. It highlighted how empathy and creativity can be channelized into entrepreneurial solutions that address real societal and industry challenges.
