On August 28, 2025, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad hosted an engaging panel discussion on “Startup Ecosystem Enablers across Regional, State, and National Framework” at the JIM Auditorium. The session was designed to give students first-hand exposure to the entrepreneurial ecosystem, featuring real-world insights from successful startup founders.
Objectives of the Panel Discussion
- To provide students with practical insights into the entrepreneurial journey of successful founders.
- To create awareness about ecosystem enablers at multiple levels.
- To motivate aspiring entrepreneurs to view challenges as opportunities.
- To guide students on leveraging incubators, accelerators, funding platforms, and government policies.
- To promote interactive learning through Q&A with industry leaders.
Highlights of the Discussion: The panel was moderated by Dr. Devi Archna, Associate Professor, JIM, and featured three dynamic speakers:
- Mr. Saurabh Agrawal, CEO, Proeffico Solutions Pvt. Ltd. – Shared his entrepreneurial journey, key lessons, and the perseverance required to sustain ventures.
- CA Kavita Agrawal, Co-Founder & Director, Investosquare – Spoke on fintech innovations, particularly her Mutual Fund Distribution App, which is reshaping investment accessibility.
- Mr. Ishu Bansal, Founder, Truck Suvidha – Discussed the challenges of building a logistics-based startup and the importance of addressing real market needs.
The panelists also elaborated on how regional, state, and national startup enablers—such as incubation centers, accelerators, government policies, and mentorship networks—play a crucial role in supporting entrepreneurs.
