Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad organized a four day FDP on Research Methodology and Data Analytical Tools from 18th to 21st December, 2012 at their campus. The objective of this FDP was acclimatizing the faculty, research scholars and academicians with new trends in the field of research and to provide hands on experience on latest data analytical tools like SPSS.
Sessions were taken by resource persons from different business schools. Dr. Rajendra Nargundkar from IMT, Ghaziabad, provided insights on the conceptual framework of Research Design and essential elements of a good questionnaire design. Prof. Asif Zameer from Fore School of Management provided a detailed understanding of Sampling Techniques and Hypothesis Testing. Prof. O. P. Wali from IIFT, New Delhi explained on different data analytical tools and techniques with the participants. The last two days of the programme had exclusive sessions on application of SPSS 20.0 which was conducted by statisticians from SPSS.
