Dr Ruby Bhatia is a seasoned professional with over 23 years of multifaceted experience across the banking, retail, insurance, and education sectors. She has held key leadership roles in reputed organisations, where she has been instrumental in strategy formulation, sales management, distribution growth, and driving oper international excellence. Her work has consistently supported market expansion through strategic collaborations, innovative solutions, and strong team leadership.
She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration, with research focused on green purchasing behavior, from AIMA–Aligarh Muslim University. She has further enhanced her expertise through executive programs in Leadership and Business Analytics from IIM Indore and IIM Lucknow.
Passionate about mentoring and academic excellence, Dr.Ruby Bhatia is deeply committed to student development, faculty engagement, innovative curriculum design, and initiatives that foster institutional growth.
