Case Teaching Workshop at Jaipuria Institute of Management – Empowering Faculty with Effective Case Methodology

On 27th November 2024, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indirapuram organized a dynamic Case Teaching Workshop in collaboration with the All India Management Association (AIMA), New Delhi. The workshop aimed to equip faculty members with essential tools and methodologies for effectively utilizing case studies in management classrooms.

Prof. Anuja Pandey, an experienced academician, trainer, consultant, and researcher, served as the resource person for the workshop. Dr. Pandey is a Professor of Marketing and Programme Director for the Post Graduate Certificate in Management at AIMA. She is also the Head of AIMA's India Case Research Centre (ICRC), which was established in 2018 to promote the development of India-centric cases in management education. Additionally, Dr. Pandey is the Managing Editor of AIMA's Journal of Management & Research (AJMR).

Workshop Focus: Enhancing Pedagogical Skills Through Case Methodology

The primary objective of the workshop was to enhance the pedagogical skills of faculty members by introducing them to the Case Method of teaching. Dr. Pandey shared valuable insights into how case studies can transform traditional classroom settings into interactive, student-centered learning environments.
