The contributors are requested to adhere to the following guidelines:
The selection of papers for publication is based on their originality, knowledge content and application. The journal endeavours to maintain balance between purely research oriented papers and those derived mainly from the experiences of practitioners involved in different areas of management.
Authors are encouraged to contribute the empirical and analytical research or case research. In case of case studies, contributors are required to provide the teaching notes of the case along with brief description of the real-life situation faced and the decision or action taken by the manager or organization. The perspectives need to be based on emerging issues and ideas. The journal encourages the contributors to review the current management books.
The manuscript should be in MS Word Format, 12 font size in Times New Roman font, Margin/leaving 1.5 inches on all sides of A-4 size paper.
The manuscript plagiarism should not more than ten percent. Plagiarism report must be submitted by the author.
The manuscript title should be in this format as per given. (Example: The Effects of Bank Specific Characteristics and Corporate Governance Mechanisms on Disclosure: An Empirical Investigation in the Banking Sector of Asia).
Authors Details should be in below of the Title page. Its formats should be in given sequence. (Example: *Dr. XYZ, Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, XYZ College of Engineering and Research Center, City, State, India, Pin Code, xyz@gmail.com, Mob No 98xxxxxxxx. ** Dr. First M. Last name, Principal, XYZ Rural Education Society’s, College of Pharmacy for Women, City, State, India, Pin Code xyz@xyz.in, Mob No: 98xxxxxxxx).
Any other formats/fonts of manuscripts/papers will not be accepted. It may reject without review process.
The journal follows a policy of Refereed review/blind peer review.
The contributors are required to attach a separate title page which should include the title of the paper, name(s) of the author(s) and relevant biographical information. The second page should carry the title of the paper and 100 to 150 word- single paragraph abstract of the paper.
All tables, charts, and graphs should be black and Original, not in colour. It should not copy images/Graphs/Drawing etc. Authors must acknowledge all the sources they have drawn upon and the sources should be indicated at bottom.
References should be complete in all respects and arranged in alphabetical order as per the standard pattern of research criteria.
The authors should provide a declaration along with the manuscripts, stating that the article is an original work of author(s) and the same has not been published earlier in any other publication.
The author(s) will receive a complimentary copy of the journal in which their articles are published.
The Editorial Board reserves the right to accept or reject any article for publication.
The research papers complete in all respects should be received latest by 31st December 2025.
