Webinar on How to Build an Ethical AI Culture at Jaipuria Institute of Management

Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad, under the aegis of the Institution Innovation Council (IIC), organized a thought-provoking webinar titled “How to Build an Ethical AI Culture” on 3 February 2026. The session was conducted with the objective of sensitizing students and faculty to the ethical dimensions of Artificial Intelligence and promoting responsible, human-centric use of emerging technologies.

The webinar witnessed active participation from 45 students and faculty members and was coordinated by Dr. Devi Archana Mohanty. The initiative reflected JIM’s commitment to integrating ethics, innovation, and responsible leadership within management education.

Expert Insights from the Resource Person

The session was led by Mr. Rishabh Agarwal, a senior Supply Chain leader, AI thought leader, entrepreneur, and guest faculty with nearly two decades of global industry experience. He has worked with leading multinational organizations such as Fluor Corporation and Air Products, and is the Founding Director of FaxLab AI, an organization dedicated to responsible and human-centric AI applications.

An author and public speaker, Mr. Agarwal’s work focuses on ethical AI, leadership, and responsible decision-making in the age of advanced technologies. His practical industry perspective enriched the session and provided participants with real-world context.

The webinar was designed to achieve the following objectives:
