On 28th April 2025, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad proudly hosted an enriching student exchange session with students and faculty from Affärsgymnasiet Malmö and Affärsgymnasiet Helsingborg, Sweden. This initiative marked a meaningful step toward fostering global academic collaboration, cross-cultural understanding, and personal growth.
Enhancing Personal Effectiveness through Global Perspectives: The session, titled "Enhancing Personal Effectiveness", was thoughtfully led by Ms. Sanandi Sachdeva and Ms. Sarika, Assistant Professors at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.
The interactive workshop focused on:
- Perceptual tests designed to build awareness of individual thinking styles
- The globally recognized MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) framework to explore personality types
- Personalized feedback sessions for each student to enhance self-awareness and growth
This approach not only empowered the visiting students to better understand their strengths and personality preferences but also created a reflective, engaging atmosphere that bridged cultural boundaries.
