This quote by Steve Jobs was aptly witnessed in the guest lecture on Decoding Entrepreneur Mindset held on 08 June 2022, 4.30 pm-5.30 pm at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indirapuram. Life was not a cake walk for the guest speaker, Ms Shyama Jha, Founder-Millet Magic-WowMom and Hastrang. She did not always get what she wanted, but her perseverance and desire to do something has paid off. Ms Jha, with her impeccable flawless tone narrated and shared her entrepreneurial journey towards success. While interacting with the students of Jaipuria with great ease, she encouraged them to pursue their dream and stand by them. Her steel determination was quite visible in her calm and firm attitude. She shared how she started at a very grass root level and did not stop even if there were challenges. She also discussed skills required for becoming an entrepreneur.
The talk was attended by MBA students. Interaction between the speaker and students was quite effective. Students asked several interesting questions and were quite satisfied with the tips from the speaker. The speaker was extended a warm welcome by Ms Siya Srivastava. Vote of thanks was proposed by Mr Karanjeet. The entire lecture session went highly interactive and enlightening.
