“Abhinay Manch”, is a platform for presenting a small spontaneous play which describes possible real life situations provided by the HR Club (Buddhijeevi Club). It is an educational activity which provides opportunity to students for a truly experiential learning. The MBA students of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad organized a role play activity and just a minute activity on 19th Sep, 2018 in which special emphasis was laid on experiential learning to engage the learner into dynamic process, which leads to active acquisition, processing and structuring experiences. The role-play started with the topics including strong points like-“Women empowerment”, “Motivation”, “Importance of communication”, etc. . “Abhinay Manch” creates great performers and talents to bring out creativity, and coordination in the students. The second event was “Just a Minute” in which every individual were asked to speak on the random topics given to them. It was a nice exposure for the students to built up their confidence and knowledge about several new topics. The event ended with the results and prize distributions were participants were appreciated for their efforts.
