Jaipuria Institute of Management Hosts International Conference 2026 on AIM-PEACE 2026: AI in Management for People, Ethics, Accountability, Collaboration & Enterprise

Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad successfully organized its International Conference on AIM-PEACE: AI in Management for People, Ethics, Accountability, Collaboration & Enterprise on Saturday, July 4, 2026. The conference brought together eminent academicians, researchers, industry leaders, policymakers, corporate professionals, and scholars from India and abroad to deliberate on the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence in shaping the future of responsible management and sustainable enterprises.

The conference commenced with registration and networking, followed by the traditional lighting of the ceremonial lamp. Delivering the inaugural and theme address, Mr. Shishir Jaipuria, Chairman, Seth Anandram Jaipuria Education Society, emphasized that Artificial Intelligence must evolve as a force that augments human intelligence rather than replacing it. He stressed that the future of management lies in developing ethical, transparent, and accountable AI ecosystems that empower people, strengthen organizations, and contribute to sustainable economic growth. He called upon academia and industry to work together in nurturing responsible AI leadership for the benefit of society.

The conference was enriched by the insightful addresses of distinguished Guests of Honour. Prof. Vishal Talwar, Chief Operating Officer, University of Southampton, highlighted the importance of international collaboration in AI research and emphasized the need to develop globally relevant management practices that balance technological advancement with ethical responsibility. Dr. Pramod Kumar, an accomplished technology leader with extensive industry experience, shared valuable insights on the evolving AI landscape. He stressed that innovation must be guided by ethics, accountability, and human values, while emphasizing the need for closer collaboration between academia and industry to build responsible AI-driven enterprises. Mr. Paramjit Singh Gill, Chief Executive Officer, Globus Spirits, shared valuable industry perspectives on AI-driven business transformation, discussing how organizations can leverage Artificial Intelligence to enhance operational excellence while maintaining governance, transparency, and stakeholder trust.

One of the major highlights of the inaugural session was the release of the Conference Souvenir and the latest issue of the Institute’s research journal, symbolizing Jaipuria Institute of Management’s continued commitment to promoting quality research and scholarly excellence. The inaugural session concluded with the Vote of Thanks and felicitation delivered by Prof. (Dr.) Daviender Narang, Director, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad, who expressed gratitude to all distinguished speakers, delegates, reviewers, authors, organizing committee members, and participants for making the conference a grand success.

The conference featured four thematic technical sessions, conducted in both offline and online modes, covering emerging areas including Future of Work: Human-AI Collaboration in HR Practices, Reimagining Marketing in the Age of AI, AI in Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship, and Sustainable Finance & Investment Strategies.
