Promoting Values through Experiential Learning
The core objective of the activity was to deepen students’ understanding of essential human values through experiential learning. Instead of traditional lectures, the event encouraged participants to explore ethical dilemmas through dramatization, communication, and storytelling.
This approach aligns closely with the institute’s vision of developing leaders with strong values and ethical grounding .
Students were encouraged to think critically about real-world situations, both personal and professional, and present solutions rooted in responsibility, empathy, and integrity.
Role Play as a Medium of Real-World Learning
Five teams participated in the activity, each presenting a role play based on themes that reflect contemporary workplace and societal challenges. The themes included office culture, work-life balance, responsibility towards customers, team building and conflict management, and issues like drug addiction and violence.
Each performance combined dialogue, expression, and storytelling to convey powerful messages around ethical behavior and decision-making. The format allowed students to connect theory with practice, making the learning process more impactful and memorable.
Strong Student Participation and Creativity
The level of participation and engagement throughout the event stood out. Students demonstrated confidence, creativity, and teamwork while addressing complex topics in a structured yet expressive way.
The performances were evaluated on multiple parameters including content relevance, creativity, clarity of message, teamwork, and presentation skills. Each team showcased a deep understanding of the subject while delivering meaningful and thought-provoking narratives.

After careful evaluation, the following teams were recognized for their outstanding performances:
First Prize was awarded to the team presenting on Office Culture
