As part of the Silver Jubilee celebrations of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad, the Institute successfully hosted the Alumni Dinner – Mumbai Chapter on 26 September 2026 at Hotel Radisson, Andheri East, Mumbai. The evening brought together distinguished alumni, institutional leadership and members of the Jaipuria Old Students Association (JOSA) to celebrate lifelong relationships, professional accomplishments and the enduring Jaipurian spirit.
The gathering also marked an important milestone in the Institute’s alumni engagement journey with the formal establishment of the Mumbai Alumni Chapter, creating a stronger platform for networking, mentorship, professional collaboration and continued engagement with the Institute.
Alumni Across Generations Reconnect in Mumbai
The evening witnessed the enthusiastic participation of 25 alumni, including five alumni who attended with their spouses, adding the warmth of a family reunion to the professional gathering.
Representing batches from 2001–03 to 2023–25, the participants reflected the diversity and strength of the alumni community of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad.
Despite graduating across different years, alumni found common ground in their shared memories, professional journeys and lasting connection with their alma mater.
Celebrating Diverse Professional Journeys
The alumni attending the Mumbai Chapter gathering represented a diverse range of industries and professional functions.
They currently hold leadership and strategic roles across organisations including Philips, Spot Communications, Edelweiss Alternative (EAAA), Axis Max Life, Aditya Birla Group, Shadowfox Limited, Statis Systems Electronics, SBI, ATC Tires, Michelin India, Western Refrigeration, Allura Analytica, Taggd, Walplast Products, Ikigrow Private Limited, TCI, Capgemini, Padams Group, Safexpress and Airtel.
Several alumni have also pursued entrepreneurship through ventures including Echo Hospital and Vetlanda Healthcare, while one alumnus is serving as a professor at Mulund College of Commerce.
These varied professional journeys reflected the wide-ranging career paths pursued by the Institute’s alumni across corporate leadership, entrepreneurship and academia.
An Evening Rooted in Jaipuria’s Legacy
The event commenced with registration and networking, giving alumni an opportunity to reconnect before the formal proceedings.
This was followed by the screening of the Jaipuria Group film, presenting the Group’s rich legacy and vision for the future.
The evening was centred around the theme “Reconnecting Legacy, Celebrating Success,” reflecting both the nostalgia associated with returning to the Jaipuria community and the professional achievements of alumni across generations.
Director Invites Alumni to the Silver Jubilee Celebrations
A warm welcome was extended by Prof. (Dr.) Daviender Narang, Director, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad, who highlighted the important role alumni continue to play in the Institute’s journey.
During his address, he shared details about the upcoming Silver Jubilee Celebrations scheduled for December in Delhi and invited alumni to actively participate in the milestone occasion.
He highlighted that the Silver Jubilee would celebrate not only twenty-five years of the Institute’s journey but also the contributions of its alumni, faculty, students, recruiters and other stakeholders.
The address encouraged alumni to reconnect with their alma mater and contribute to shaping the Institute’s future through continued participation and engagement.
Mr. Shishir Jaipuria Addresses the Alumni Community
The gathering was further enriched by an address from Mr. Shishir Jaipuria, Honourable Chairman, Jaipuria Group of Educational Institutions.
His interaction reaffirmed the institution’s commitment to nurturing lifelong relationships with its alumni and strengthening the Jaipuria network.

Mumbai Alumni Chapter Formally Established
The Silver Jubilee celebrations gained further momentum with a comprehensive overview presented by Dr. Ashwani Varshney, Dean of Students’ Welfare, who formally announced the establishment of the Mumbai Alumni Chapter.
Mr. Yogesh Mishra was appointed Mumbai Chapter Chair, while Ms. Saumya Srivastava was appointed Co-chair.
Both addressed the gathering and expressed their commitment to developing a vibrant regional alumni network focused on meaningful engagement, professional networking and collaboration.
The launch provides a structured platform through which Mumbai-based alumni can remain connected with one another as well as with the Institute.

During the Alumni Felicitation Ceremony, distinguished alumni were honoured by Mr. Shishir Jaipuria and Prof. (Dr.) Daviender Narang in recognition of their professional accomplishments and continued association with the Institute.
