National Education Day at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad

Theme: Management Education and Nation Building — An Indian Perspective

On 11 November 2025, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad observed National Education Day on campus, bringing students together to reflect on India’s educational legacy and its impact on nation building. The event, held at the institute’s Indirapuram, Ghaziabad campus, highlighted the role of management education in shaping responsible and future-ready professionals.

As part of the celebration, the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) organised an Elocution Competition centred around the theme “Management Education and Nation Building: An Indian Perspective.” The activity encouraged students to articulate how management learning connects with real development priorities, economic advancement, policy reforms, entrepreneurship, digital transformation, and ethical leadership.

A purposeful competition

Participants presented structured and insightful perspectives linking classroom concepts to India’s growth story. To maintain academic rigor, they were evaluated on:

  • Content: depth, relevance, and originality

  • Clarity: logical flow and coherence

  • Articulation: fluency and expression

  • Confidence: presence and delivery

  • Overall Presentation: engagement and impact

The competition not only tested speaking skills but also pushed students to think critically about management’s role in national progress.

Learning outcomes

The activity strengthened student competencies in communication, analytical thinking, and leadership, essential abilities for future managers. More importantly, it reaffirmed the institute’s commitment to developing professionals who can contribute meaningfully to India’s social and economic development.
