On 27th August 2025, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad, under the aegis of its Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), organized an inspiring workshop on “Entrepreneurship and Innovation as a Career Opportunity.” The session was specially designed for the newly inducted MBA batch to broaden their career perspectives and nurture an entrepreneurial mindset at the very start of their academic journey.
Expert Speaker: The session was led by Dr. Gaurav Shishodia, Managing Director, Lemford Biotech, who shared his entrepreneurial journey and emphasized the critical role of innovation in driving business growth and sustainability.
Workshop Highlights: Dr. Shishodia highlighted how innovation serves as the backbone of entrepreneurship, enabling individuals to identify opportunities, address market gaps, and create impactful ventures. He shared first-hand insights into:
- The challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship.
