As part of its commitment to fostering innovation and entrepreneurial thinking, the Innovation & Incubation Cell (IIC) of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad organized the YUKTI Idea Presentation Competition from May 28 to 31, 2025. Conducted offline across four days, the competition brought together 187 students and 15 faculty members to transform innovative startup concepts into structured, pitch-ready business plans.
Objective: The core objective of the event was to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical entrepreneurship by:
- Cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Promoting innovation, critical thinking, and business strategy.
- Providing a platform for students to present and refine startup ideas.
- Integrating design thinking into business plan development.
- Facilitating expert feedback for iteration and improvement.
Event Highlights: Held in the first-floor classrooms at Jaipuria Institute of Management, the competition was structured to evaluate ideas across five critical dimensions:
- Vision & Mission – Defining purpose and long-term impact.
- Business Challenges – Addressing real-world problems.
- Financial Plan – Revenue models and financial projections.
- HR Plan – Talent strategy and team structure.
- Operational Plan – Execution roadmap and resource planning.
Each presentation was critically evaluated by a panel of faculty mentors who provided structured feedback to help refine and enhance the feasibility of the ideas.
Learning Outcomes: Students walked away with invaluable takeaways:
