On 26th April 2025, the Institution's Innovation Council (IIC) at Jaipuria Institute of Management (JIM), Ghaziabad, hosted an exciting Business Plan Competition titled Pitch Palooza. The event was designed exclusively for school students to foster early-stage entrepreneurial thinking and innovation.
Objective: The primary aim of Pitch Palooza was to inspire and nurture entrepreneurial spirit among school students by providing them with a platform to present creative business ideas, develop critical thinking skills, and gain confidence in their problem-solving abilities.

Students presented unique and well-researched business plans, displaying impressive levels of creativity, innovation, and market understanding. Each presentation was evaluated based on originality, feasibility, research depth, and business acumen.
Participation & Results: A total of 50 students participated, supported by 12 student volunteers from the JIM E-Cell, ensuring smooth coordination of the event.

Pitch Palooza 2025 successfully met its objective of igniting the entrepreneurial mindset among school students. It boosted their confidence, offered practical exposure to business ideation, and provided valuable feedback to refine their ideas.
The event marked a stepping stone for these budding entrepreneurs, and Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad, looks forward to hosting more such initiatives to continue nurturing innovation, creativity, and leadership among young minds.
