UDYAMOTSAV 2025: Inspiring Innovation and Entrepreneurship
Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad, proudly hosted UDYAMOTSAV 2025 on January 16, 2025, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell (MIC) and AICTE. This prestigious event, aligned with National Startup Day, aimed to cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit and innovation among students across the country.
The initiative, first announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on January 16, 2022, envisions India as a global startup powerhouse. The event brought together over 80 investors and showcased the most promising 325 startups, carefully selected from an overwhelming 10,000+ student registrations nationwide. These young innovators presented their groundbreaking ideas at 14 premier institutions, including Apex University (Jaipur), Chandigarh Engineering College (Mohali), iHub (Ahmedabad), Mahindra University (Hyderabad), MIT World Peace University (Pune), and more.
At Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad, students from MBA (Dual), Business Analytics (BA), and Banking & Financial Services (BFS) actively participated in the event, gaining insights into the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurial strategies. The event was live telecast for students, followed by an engaging brainstorming session on startups and entrepreneurship.
Dr. Abhay Jere, a leading advocate for innovation in education, commended the significant efforts made by higher education institutions (HEIs) in fostering an entrepreneurial culture across the country.
