Welcoming the new batch MBA 2021-23 to the glorious two-year MBA & MBA (Business Analytics) programme, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad has organized the formal session ‘Shubharambh 2021’ on Friday, October 1, 2021. The day witnessed the presence of top-notch delegates from the industry. The delegates shared their views with the students and encouraged them to do well in life. Delegates like Mr. Pradyumna Pandey, CHRO, Mother Dairy, Mr. Debargha Deb, Head HR-North Zone, Dabur India, Mr. Unni Krishnan, Global Marketing Head for Capgemini Invent, Mr. Amit Arora, Head- Corporate Communication & PR, REA India. The institute hosted the orientation program in physical form welcoming the batch 2021-23 with over 240 students, adapting to the new normal, following all the COVID-19 Protocols. Being NAAC “A” accredited program, the institute left no stone unturned in welcoming the new batch. The stalwarts gave a roadmap to the budding managers, Mr. Pradyuman Pandey encouraged the students to make reading as a regular habit, endowing the students with the quote, “Leaders are readers and readers are leaders”, Mr. Debargha Deb talked about learning the basic skills for survival, he also talked about the balance that is required for leading a successful life including work life balance. Mr. Unni Krishnan talked about the anticipated planning from the day one, the importance of realistic learning, Mr. Amit Arora gave some valuable insights on giving time to self in order to ensure a holistic development. Shri Shishir Jaipuria, Chairman, Jaipuria Group of Educational Institutions in his address mentioned the changing paradigm of the corporate world and the importance of “Unlearning and Relearning”. Mr. Vinod Malhotra, Advisor and Member of board, Jaipuria Group of Educational Institutions focused on the utmost importance of being a good human being along with an excellent manager. The director of the Institute Prof. (Dr) Daviender Narang gave an insight on how the institute has been facilitating students till date and how the institute will build a road for the current batch. On this occasion, students were awarded with the Jaipuria Academic Excellence Award, given to toppers of MBA Batch 2017-19, 2018-20, and 2019-21. The winner of 1st Rank holder received Rs. 1 Lakh, 2nd rank holder received Rs.51,000/- and 3rd rank holder received Rs. 31,000/-. The parents of the achievers also accompanied them and were highly proud of their achievement. Post Lunch Alumni of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad interacted with MBA students. After the session, a motivational and ice-breaking session was conducted by Ms. Anjali Dutta, Motivational Speaker and Founder Director Train Me Academy, India. The event was extremely fruitful for the MBA students who have just stepped into the final stage of their career-making.
