Two day workshop on “Understanding Self through Psychometric Assessment” was conducted for the Faculty at JIM by Ms. Sanandi Sachdeva and Dr. Rashmi Maini on 9th and 10th July 2019. The workshop was a fine bouquet of various Psychometric tests starting with MBTI and FIRO B and then moving to NEO FFI and Transaction Analysis. The workshop also had interactive sessions upon Circle of Concern and Circle of Influence, Theory of Psychoanalysis and how to deal with circumstances in life.
The Faculty got a wide view of their personality and also got to know about some undiscovered traits. It was a great experience for the learners as well as trainers.
