Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad organized an Industrial visit for MBA students to Eveready Industries, Noida on 06th March, 2019. The Visit was well organized by Mr. S K Saini and Mr. Harpal Singh Kalra (Sr. GM) of the company.
Eveready Industries has gained immense expertise in supplying & trading of Battery torches, dry cell batteries, portable lanterns etc. The company is one of the leading sellers of listed products. The students got to see the preparation and packaging of DB Zinc alkaline batteries which were in production in the plant today. The plant has a production capacity of around 6 lakh batteries every day. The production value varies in accordance with the required consumption which is shared by their marketing team scattered all over India.
Eveready has PAN India State of the art manufacturing facilities at Matia, Lucknow, Noida, Haridwar, Maddur and Kolkata and is supported by sales and distribution network across the country. Overall the visit was very informative and learning experience for MBA students.
