Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad organized a guest lecture by Dr. Neelanjan Mukherjee, Vice President of Eureka ,Relaxo on 22nd Sep, 2018. He shared about the alphabet games of goals. How an individual should have his approach towards life and his goals. He explained the importance of English alphabets starting with: “G-GOALS”, “F-FOCUS”, “E-EMOTIONS”, “D-DECISION”, “C-CHARACTER”, “B-BELIEF”, “and A-ACTION”.He was focused on that one should have their clear perspective towards their goals, and that is what is required. He also gave examples and explained everything very relatively. He also mentioned how a one should have goals rather than dreams so that they can achieve it with dedication. The interaction was very useful for MBA students of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.
