It was 7th of June 2017 and I was supposed to report at 10:00 am at corporate office in New Delhi. I informed at the reception about my joining for internship as an HR Trainee. I was escorted to the HR office for briefing.
Ms Jyoti Verma from HR department interacted with me and collected the necessary documents like my college ID, photographs and also shared the overview about the company. She told me about how they recruit and select the candidates for different job profiles as per the company’s policy. It also works upon cluster of over 300 community oriented portals. Before a month ago, I was giving a number of interviews but now onwards I will take the interviews. I will learn many things and experience the corporate culture. It will be a huge opportunity for me I am sure that I will excel in the opportunity provided to me by Jaipuria Institute of Management.
